Dinner at the Cottage
I arrived three hours before dinner was scheduled to prepare in the kitchen.
We did a family style service; serving food on large plates and platters for the family to help themselves to.
I first placed the cured fish platter and steak platter on the table and then serve each person a bowl of gazpacho.
Next I cleared the table and placed the chicken, salads, and vegetables on the table.
The table was cleared again and I placed all the deserts on the table.
After clearing the table a final time, I washed all the dishes and left the kitchen spotless.
